Biography

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Tarek is a highly experienced consultant with over 20 years of expertise in thyroid surgery, oncological surgery, and head and neck surgery. He is renowned for his significant contributions to advancing surgical practices. His skills include endoscopic thyroidectomy, microvascular free flap reconstruction, and complex tumor surgeries, reflecting his commitment to innovation and delivering exceptional patient care.

He was the lead for thyroid pathway design for the Health Holding Company for the Western Region in Saudi Arabia in 2022, and he is a champion for the thyroid surgery planned care model in the Jeddah First Health Cluster from 2022 to 2024.
