In 2003 Dr. Adnan started his career in cardiovascular medicine as a cardiology resident at Menoufia university hospital, Egypt and got Master degree of cardiology , and in 2009 he got the doctorate degree in cardiovascular disease (MD degree) from the same university,
In 2011, he joined King Faisal Specialist Hospital &Research Center – Jeddah Branch as assistant consultant adult cardiology.
He started the Saudi adult cardiology fellowship program in 2014 for three years and finished the training and passed the final examination and got the Saudi Board of Adult Cardiovascular disease in 2016.
In June, 2016 he got the American Board of Echocardiography and certified as a diplomate in Adult Comprehensive Echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography NBE
Accredited from Saudi commission of health specialties as consultant cardiology as well as from Egyptian Medical Syndicate and passed the Health Authority -Abu Dhabi ( HADD ) examination as consultant cardiology
In December 2017 he joined Dr. Soliman Fakeeh hospital (https://dsfh.med.sa), Jeddah as a consultant non-invasive cardiology and head section of non-invasive cardiology laboratory
In October 2020 he joined International Medical Center IMC , Jeddah as a consultant non-invasive cardiology ,head section of non-invasive cardiology lab and responsible for teaching program for resident and fellows (Level III -ADLX, Active Deep Learning Experience) In October 2024 he joined King’s college London hospital -Jeddah as consultant cardiology
