Emad is the Chief Medical Officer of King’s College Hospital London – Jeddah. Emad is a well-known Consultant Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology with 20 years’ experience in governmental and private hospitals as a clinician and healthcare leader.

Emad started his career at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh then Makkah and held multiple positions including Director of Academic Affairs and Hospital Director for Executive Affairs. After his early retirement, he joined International Medical Centre, Jeddah as Chairman of Women’s Health Centre, Chief Medical Officer, and Managing Director of Women and Children Hospital project.

He received his education at King Saud University, McGill University and University of Montreal. Where he Obtained his Canadian Board and American Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Canadian Board in Gynaecology Oncology. Emad is also a military veteran holding the rank of Colonel.

Samer is the Chief Operating Officer of King’s College London in Jeddah.  Samer has over 23 years’ experience in multiple areas of healthcare administration, including operations, commissioning, patient experience, hospitality, and facility management.  Samer is credited with with transforming the patient experience and infusing a “Patient-Centric” mindset across the entire organization, injecting passion for service excellence. He is also leading the healthcare council at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce.  Samer graduated with master’s degree in BA from Northeastern University – Boston on a Fulbright scholarship and trained in hospital management and operations at Cleveland Clinic.

Abdelrahman Mohamed Abdelrahman serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience leading financial operations across major hospitals and healthcare organizations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, alongside a strong background in the banking sector. Throughout his career, he has overseen large finance teams, led budgeting and financial planning functions, strengthened governance and internal control frameworks, and worked closely with Boards and executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.

He has spearheaded major financial transformation initiatives, including IFRS transitions, ERP implementations, and the financial oversight of operations exceeding billions of Saudi Riyals. Known for his collaborative and strategic leadership style, Abdelrahman prioritizes transparency, operational efficiency, and aligning financial strategies with the delivery of high-quality patient care.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University and has completed advanced executive programs, including Strategy for Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School, the Mayo Clinic Care Network Program, C-Suite Leadership – Becoming a Fierce Leader (ILEAD), the Strengths-Based Leadership Program (KON), and is FMVA certified (Beacon FinTrain). In addition, he holds multiple qualifications in Staff Management & Development, Financial and Strategic Planning, Accounting and Financial Operations, Business Expansion, Operations Management, Budget Development & Management, Complex Business Management, and Crisis Management.

Diaa Kamal is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over 26 years of extensive experience in healthcare information technology, digital transformation, and strategic IT leadership. As the Chief Information Officer at King’s College Hospital London, Jeddah, he spearheads the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the strategic direction of information systems, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure to support world-class patient care.

With a proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide healthcare information systems and driving operational excellence, Diaa brings deep expertise in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and innovative healthcare technologies. His leadership philosophy centers on leveraging technology to enhance clinical outcomes, improve patient experience, and optimize healthcare operations.
