Biography.

Dr. Altaan has always had a long-standing interest in weight loss surgery, which was the focus of his practice in the UK. What drives him is the opportunity to help patients transform their lives, achieve better health, and improve conditions like diabetes and hypertension. He is also deeply involved in managing post-operative complications from weight loss procedures.

As an upper gastrointestinal surgeon, he specializes in treating acid reflux and hernias of all types. Nearly all his work is minimally invasive, with open surgery being exceptionally rare.

Dr. Altaan is eager to bring his expertise to Jeddah and contribute to the exceptional surgical team at King's College Hospital.
