Dr. Ibrahim Alharfi is the Chief Executive Officer of King’s College Hospital London – Jeddah. Prior to joining King’s, his leadership roles included Executive Director of Health Services and Health Insurance at NEOM, Chief Medical Executive at King Fahad Medical City and CEO of GlobCare company. His career reflects a strong combination of medical expertise and executive leadership, with a focus on advancing healthcare delivery, organizational performance, and sustainable growth. Dr. Ibrahim has also pursued education and executive development at renowned international institutions, including Harvard business School , University of Minnesota, and Oxford.

Dr. Emad R. Sagr is the Chief Medical Officer of King's College Hospital London - Jeddah. He is a consultant in obstetrics, gynaecology and gynaecology oncology, with 20 years' experience in governmental and private hospitals as both a clinician and a healthcare leader.

He began his career at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh, then Makkah, holding multiple positions including Director of Academic Affairs and Hospital Director for Executive Affairs. After his early retirement, he joined International Medical Centre, Jeddah as Chairman of the Women's Health Centre, Chief Medical Officer, and Managing Director of the Women and Children Hospital project.

He received his education at King Saud University, McGill University and the University of Montreal, where he obtained his Canadian Board and American Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Canadian Board in Gynaecology Oncology. He is also a military veteran holding the rank of Colonel.

Nada is the Chief Nursing Officer at King's College Hospital London Jeddah with more than 28 years of experience in nursing leadership, infection prevention and control, healthcare management, and hospital commissioning.

She began her career at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh as a Staff Nurse, progressing through infection prevention and control and nursing leadership roles into Nursing Director. She later moved to the private hospital, serving as Chief Nursing Officer at International Medical Center followed by leading the commissioning phase of Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital Madinah as Chief Nursing Officer.

Nada holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from King Saud University and a Master's Degree in Infectious Diseases and Immunity from The University of Sydney. She has served as a member of the Nursing Board at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and completed multiple executive certifications in leadership and healthcare strategy.

Dr. Rizwan Hamid is a urologist from UCLH, London, with extensive clinical and management experience at various levels.

After contributing to the success of KCH Dubai in different management roles, including Chief Medical Officer, he currently serves as Chief Governance Officer at KCH Jeddah, leading the implementation of our Quality Framework in alignment with UK standards across all aspects of hospital operations.

He has published widely in his field and is regularly invited to share his experience at international forums. He has served on the governing boards of various international organisations and contributed to the development of clinical standards and guidelines that benefit patients across the UK and beyond. He holds an MD from University College London (UCL).

Abdelrahman Mohamed Abdelrahman serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 35 years of experience leading financial operations across major hospitals and healthcare organisations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, alongside a strong background in the banking sector. Throughout his career he has overseen large finance teams, led budgeting and financial planning, strengthened governance and internal control frameworks, and worked closely with boards and executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.

He has led major financial transformation initiatives, including IFRS transitions, ERP implementations, and the financial oversight of operations exceeding billions of Saudi riyals. Known for his collaborative and strategic leadership style, he prioritises transparency, operational efficiency, and aligning financial strategies with the delivery of high-quality patient care.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University and has completed advanced executive programmes, including Strategy for Health Care Delivery at Harvard Business School, the Mayo Clinic Care Network Programme, C-Suite Leadership (ILEAD), the Strengths-Based Leadership Programme (KON), and is FMVA certified (Beacon FinTrain). He holds further qualifications in staff management and development, financial and strategic planning, accounting and financial operations, business expansion, operations management, budget development and management, complex business management, and crisis management.

Diaa Kamal is an accomplished healthcare technology executive with over 26 years of experience in healthcare information technology, digital transformation and strategic IT leadership. As Chief Information Officer at King's College Hospital London, Jeddah, he leads the organisation's digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the strategic direction of information systems, cybersecurity and technology infrastructure to support high-quality patient care.
