Dr. Emad R. Sagr is the Chief Medical Officer of King's College Hospital London - Jeddah. He is a consultant in obstetrics, gynaecology and gynaecology oncology, with 20 years' experience in governmental and private hospitals as both a clinician and a healthcare leader.

He began his career at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh, then Makkah, holding multiple positions including Director of Academic Affairs and Hospital Director for Executive Affairs. After his early retirement, he joined International Medical Centre, Jeddah as Chairman of the Women's Health Centre, Chief Medical Officer, and Managing Director of the Women and Children Hospital project.

He received his education at King Saud University, McGill University and the University of Montreal, where he obtained his Canadian Board and American Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Canadian Board in Gynaecology Oncology. He is also a military veteran holding the rank of Colonel.
