Biography.
Saja is a Clinical Psychologist at King's College Hospital Jeddah, with expertise in providing psychological care to adults. With over six years of experience in the mental health field, including two years of specialized clinical practice, she supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and a wide range of mental health challenges. Saja completed her bachelor’s degree at Effat University and her master’s degree in clinical psychology at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). Throughout her academic and clinical training, she worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, strengthening her commitment to providing culturally responsive and inclusive psychological care. Saja is a Certified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Therapist and adopts an integrative therapeutic approach that combines evidence-based modalities, including DBT and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while incorporating attachment-based and Jungian perspectives. She tailors treatment to each individual's unique needs, helping clients develop effective coping strategies, deepen self-understanding, and achieve lasting psychological growth. Saja is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She works alongside her clients to build resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and foster meaningful and sustainable change.
